Simply buying an OTC medication here was such a pain, I would never send my prescriptions here. Being that this place has a 2.4 average it’s clear no one cares, but I’m leaving this review as a warning to others. The woman who worked tonight at the pharmacy treated me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. She also literally refused to tell me the price difference between generic and brand. What is the purpose of her job??? It was a med you have to buy from behind the counter otherwise I would never want to communicate with her again. How miserable. But that’s this entire Kroger.

I see why this pharmacy only had 2.5 ⭐️ Communicating with this pharmacy is INSANE! Not once but TWICE I was told on 2 different occasions that I would be NOTIFIED when meds were ready…. This last time I called a week ago and had a profile transfer done for my niece that is now living with me and told the person I spoke to the SEVERITY of this medication and that I needed to be notified when they were ready …. These medications have been ready since 12/31 and NOBODY notified me at all that they were finished so my niece has been without this medication while they are sitting in the pharmacy waiting to be picked up while I’m not notified at all because they were waiting on MELATONIN to be filled ! Something that is OVER THE COUNTER ! The lady tried to justify by saying “ oh they were finished late in the day on 12/31” … ok ??? So why was I not called late in the day … why am I telling someone that WORKS there that this medicine is IMPORTANT just the TWO that have been sitting there finished are important and nobody called??? I’m upset and the communication is horrible ! I get everyone is busy and understaffed but as a pharmacist YOU KNOW those medications are important so it blows my mind that it either wasn’t put in the notes to call (like the gentleman said he was going to do ) or nobody cared to take a few minutes to call for them to be picked up! Side note: nobody wants to hear about what a “system “ does when I don’t speak to the “system” that is supposed to text me to notify me . I spoke to a PERSON and expressed to that person the severity of this medication and was assured that SOMEONE (not a system ) would notify me AS SOON AS THEY WERE FINISHED ! And here we are !

Arrived at 8:50, they were scheduled to close at 9pm. They said they had problems with the prescription because that they did not want to fulfill the prescription that close to 9pm. Went to Walgreens and had zero issues with the prescription's dea# as the pharmacist claimed. So either they quit the shift early or they lied. Happened the date of this post.
