be very careful and count your meds and make sure you have all of your medication before you leave this pharmacy. They charged my insurance for a medication and the medication cost over $200 but they only gave me half of the medication in the bottle and I had to call them to come back for the other half this can be a huge error for elderly people or anyone who doesn’t pay attention to how many meds are in a bottle or what they should have total. It’s pretty much insurance fraud.

I almost put it at 2 starts but the pharmacist Adam is great. It's the other workers and them not doing there job correctly. My biggest issue right now is I wasn't getting notifications for months that was supposed to tell me when my medicine was ready. For months they kept telling me they sent me a notification. I kept telling them I wasn't getting them so let's figure out why. They kept saying I don't know. Today I find out from a new person that works there that I wasn't enrolled anymore so I had to re-enroll is all I have to do. Wow! You're telling me that they other people didn't want to do there job and make things easier for me. So they didn't care. Not the type of people I want to be working there in that kind of field. So I'm switching but that isn't the reason why. But it's part of it along with other issues. Things were great till you started to hire a bunch of lazy people or they just wasn't trained right. Which the trainer's we're lazy as well. Who knows. I'm about tired of Kroger pharmacies anyway and about to start going to a mom and pop pharmacies.

Adam is the best ever! Super helpful and courteous. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is bc I feel the other pharmacy techs have no clue what they’re doing and have sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get my script filled. Either way this location is SO much better than the one on Winton, they actually answer their phones which is fabulous

I've found them very helpful - even some go so far as to offer tips on saving money on prescriptions. They're always VERY busy and the people I've worked with have always been courteous and helpful. James in particular has gone out of his way to help me.
