be very careful and count your meds and make sure you have all of your medication before you leave this pharmacy. They charged my insurance for a medication and the medication cost over $200 but they only gave me half of the medication in the bottle and I had to call them to come back for the other half this can be a huge error for elderly people or anyone who doesn’t pay attention to how many meds are in a bottle or what they should have total. It’s pretty much insurance fraud.

Seems like they only start making your prescriptions once you're already there so I would suggest calling first

This was all via phone. I called in search of the form you fill out for receiving flu shots. I work at a health facility but got my shot during the Health Fair put on by New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Phil, the pharmacist, took time out of his day to track down the form and fax it to me. Why is this important? He went above and beyond to help a customer not in the store but via phone with something he didn't have to do. I appreciated it beyond measure so here is a KUDOS to you Phil, the pharmacist!!! You made my day.
