The people who work here are unfriendly and rude. I'm sorry you hate you job, but please don't take it out on your customers.

John needs to learn customer service and stop cutting off people who are trying to talk to him on the phone. He's been incredibly rude for the last two days while I have been told incorrect information. On September 21st I was told I had a medication that wouldn't be ready to fill for 6 days. On the 24 I was told it could be filled on the 25th; but only after being rudely interrupted until I had to stop John, in the middle of cutting me off, to ask for him to let me finish what I was trying to say. On the 25th I called in the morning to assure that it was ready and was told it was. I come to pick up medication -- no medication that I had been enquiring about. I call up again (I was in the drive thru) and John answers...he again kept cutting me off. He said he didn't know who I was talking to earlier but it wasn't filled. He offered to fill it, I said yes, please. Then expressed my frustration that I had gotten incorrect information to which he again cut me off, spoke over me, and told me I hadn't been getting the incorrect information.
I will be making sure Johns customer service skills are addressed and then I will be having my doctor send my prescriptions elsewhere. John needs an attitude adjustment before he costs Anderson Kroger more customers.

Went in to get my medicine yesterday afternoon. My doctor told me it would be best to have to it today, she sent it in to this beechmont location. I get there, and this lady named Kathy was helping me. She was unfriendly and rude from the get go and seemed annoyed that I was even talking to her. She told me they didn’t have it ready, saying it was only sent in 20 minutes ago which was not true, it was sent in over an hour ago, i physically watched my doctor sent it in at my appointment, then she asked me me why I was already here to come get it, basically saying that I should have waited until tomorrow and she made me feel stupid for even showing up. I drove way out of my way to come to this pharmacy, 30 mins away. She told me it would be ready tomorrow, but I told her I would like to have it today because my doctor told me that would be the best option, and plus I had already gone many days without it which isn’t good. She asks me if I needed it today, I say yes. She sighs and says under her breath “I don’t know what the urgency is” then laughs and then she shakes her head. Like excuse me?!? I really wanted to confront her and say something, but I didn’t want to make a scene because people were around and people were behind me. All I could give her was a disgusted look. Because I was truly disgusted and in disbelief. I wish I had said something, Regardless if I was making a scene. I have NEVER had such an encounter with a Kroger pharmacist, as they are usually super friendly and helpful. Kathy was not. She was RUDE and impatient and unfriendly and wasn’t much help at all. I give her 0 stars. Glad I could share my experience with her. She is not suitable for Kroger pharmacy. Today I came back to get my medicine, I saw Kathy, but this lady named Susan helped me out and she was super nice and great. This bad review is not about anyone else but Kathy.
