  Rude rude rude. My daughter and I are insanely ill with the flu and the pharmacist guy I spoke with about her meds not being available huffed and puffed about helping me resolve the issue the entire duration of the phone call. Not what I expected on my worst day from a person serving in healthcare.

  I don’t take anything regularly, but if I need something, I have my doctors send it here. One because I work for Kroger, and two because it’s close to my home. After 10+ years of going here I am ready to switch to a different company after my experience today. For the last week I have been dealing with high blood pressure, which is new for me and most likely related to a recent bout with the flu. Either way, it’s been so high that I am afraid of having a stroke or needing to go to the ER. I saw my doctor today and he prescribed some medication and my prescription was sent here as always. When I arrived one of the staff behind the counter told me that they didn’t have my medication and that they wouldn’t for another 4 days. I then asked if they could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that did have it, and explained my situation. The woman behind the counter all but rolled her eyes at me in response and then told me that my prescription would be ready in 25 minutes. What is that? A minute before she told me they didn’t have it. So I guess she lied to me? And then was annoyed with me for wanting to transfer? Either way, with what I have been dealing with, this did not help me to feel better at all. What’s funny is that I have been recently working with people on a campaign to get people to use Kroger Pharmacy at my job, and now as a loyal customer of 10+ years, I am going to switch pharmacies. And I am starting to realize why we have such a low percentage of our customers that use it.

  They go to lunch from 1-130pm supposedly, they still open late and leave you sitting in the drive through forever before ever helping you. This is the slowest ridiculous pharmacy I have ever seen in my life.

  The people who work here are unfriendly and rude. I'm sorry you hate you job, but please don't take it out on your customers.

  In my experience they have always been helpful, considerate and competent. No bad experiences so far.
