- BMbrendan marcumDec 22, 20251.0Literally have been hung up on over 20 times trying to get through to the pharmacy AND management for 3 days. I come down to get my EPILEPSY meds to get changed over to a different pharmacy since I had to spend over 30 minutes on hold today only to be hung up on again after already calling 4 hours ago to have those changed over to the new pharmacy (which they still hadn't done after 4 hours). I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT ANTI SEZIURE MEDICATION FOR DAYS DUDE. THEY THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO MAKE ME WAIT TILL THEY FINISH THEIR LUNCH, TELL ME TO WRITE MY PHONE NUMBER AND NAME DOWN AND THEY WILL GET IT TAKEN CARE OF IN A DAY OR TWO. GREAT SENSE OF URGENCY WHEN I TELL YOU IM HAVING ACTIVE FOCAL SEIZURES. A total JOKE dude. Oh my god. I feel like im in a twilight episode right now.
- GRGeorge RobsonDec 16, 20251.0I called Kroger Pharmacy to get a allbuteral rescue inhaler filled 12/15/25 after spending 5 days in the hospital with COVID. Upon arrival I was told it was in the bag .I found out 12/16 /25 it was not. I called Kroger pharmacy now a second time about my rescue inhaler at 11:00am . I explained that I need this today, I have to be back at work by 1:30 pm , I'm told the earliest it will be ready is 3:00 pm. . I told this staff member that this wasn't my screw up , it was theirs and now I'm supposed to wait 2 days for my medication. Immediately she jumped on the " I'm going to yell , scream , defense , she is going to hang up on me " , when I had not ! This is the most rediculouse , unprofessional , life jeopardizing pharmacy I have ever dealt with or ever heard of . Their loyalty is not to their customers needs , it's to their out of control employees.

They keep ringers turned off. Staff are very rude. You cant call them so must go here to tell them to fill your refill every single month. If there is anyone in management that actually cares they would do something about this place it's ridiculous
