    The pharmacist here has mostly biased attitudes towards foreign customers. The staff and pharmacist are rude, refuse to fill prescription maltreating another physician colleague. I have noticed her making a minority customer wait for far longer and filling prescription for others before. Bottom line is, even if you are a physician with funny accent - you will be maltreated by the pharmacist here. Avoid this pharmacy at any cost.

    I've been using the Kroger Madeira pharmacy for years and more so recently for meds after my knee replacement. I have never had a problem getting them quickly. The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions regarding medications. Its not my local Kroger but I'm very happy to drive a bit further for their service.

    They always seem to be overwhelmed and understaffed- whether on phone or in-person. Their problem solving skills are minimal. Feel bad for them and more for the patients.

    The pharmacist (Amy) who works here called me racial epithets and make continual snide remarks about my medication list. I decline pharmacy counseling every time I'm there and she says that I don't have the right to refuse it and insists on calling out what I'm taking. It doesn't help that this is the Indian Hill school district, a >90% white neighborhood. She makes these kinds of comments to me due to my race. She photographed me on her personal cell phone once and said something about posting it to facebook. This woman is crazy and if you use this pharmacy she will know your medical history.
