- MMMissyAug 27, 20251.0The head pharmacist "matt" is the most sarcastic,rude unprofessional pharmacist I've ever seen,and I know cause I've been sick my whole life and used many pharmacies to compare. I've heard him talk from his work area all the way over to someone at counter picking up a very personal medication (and I know it was intentional as she had just had a bad interaction with him) and I was 4 people back in line and I heard everything!! I was embarrassed for her. Then I've had several bad treatments from him,like before I knew he was manager, he was arguing with me and I said "what is your name" his tag was covered by his collar and he says to me sarcastically "Matt, M A T T , Matt" spelled it out to me. Then I asked who is the manager?? He say with a smile so proud "me" I don't no who or why he is there but I been going to this Kroger for 15 yrs,when it was across the street. I love love love the techs, Debbie and several other pharmacist there but he just make so many people uncomfortable and feel very judged and almost ashamed. If the 2.2 starts doesn't say enough I don't know what will with Kroger to fix this he needs sensitivity training and the customer is most important,not him!! Everyone I know has left here but I just try not to interact with him but am thinking myself of leaving and going elsewhere. This store has the lowest pharmacy rating in Hamilton county. HELLO KROGER SO SOMETHING.
