I had a very similar experience as Sarah who wrote another 1 star review. I signed up for unlimited, couldn't find enough classes, tried to call and email management and NO ONE responded. Do not waste your money. You are a number at this place.

Dont bother booking with this studio.

I signed up for a Black Friday unlimited membership at the end of November, and from day one, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
No one explained that “unlimited” actually means being waitlisted almost every time you try to book a class. In reality, unlimited feels more like 7–10 classes if you’re lucky enough to get a spot. That is very misleading, especially considering the price of the membership.
For personal reasons, I asked not to start my membership until January. When January came and I reviewed the booking experience and tried to communicate with customer service, I realized how difficult it was to schedule classes and how poor the communication was. At that point, I decided to cancel. I called to request cancellation, but after that, they stopped responding and never followed up to explain the cancellation process. Despite never attending a single class or even visiting the studio, I was charged the monthly membership fee plus a $100 cancellation fee, bringing the total to almost $300 just to cancel. I genuinely cannot understand how this is justified for a service that was never used.
For a studio charging premium prices, the capacity and staffing are completely inadequate. Having only three instructors per studio is clearly not enough. If you don’t have the capacity, stop overselling memberships and advertising “unlimited” access.
Overall, this has been the worst customer care experience I’ve had, especially compared to how much they charge. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.

Club Pilates has truly been a game changer for me—both physically and mentally. It’s the perfect space to challenge your body while quieting your mind. Olivia is hands down one of my favorite instructors. She is kind, patient, and knows exactly how to push you in a way that makes you feel incredibly proud of yourself by the end of class. All of the instructors are great, but Olivia is truly something special!
BUYER BEWARE! I have had an unlimited membership at Club Pilates Symmes Township for six years. Recently, they have done a membership drive and changed booking policies. Suddenly I cannot get into the classes I’d like to take. I’ve gone from doing 20+ classes a month to 10-12. The unlimited membership is really not unlimited clearly because you can’t get into classes. And the best part is, Daniel, the operating manager, doesn’t return emails. I have emailed him three times in the last two weeks with no response. He gets a zero for customer service!
