Everyone was very friendly! Becca, my salesperson helped me pick out eyeglass and sunglass frames. She was very honest about which ones looked the best on me which I greatly appreciated. I hate picking out frames. She is a great salesperson!!

It was okay. They took over 2 hours for a 10 am appointment. Staff was really helpful. Doctor was professional. The only thing I didn’t like is when I said I was there per school referral because my daughter glasses broke. And we was changing doctors because we had moved. And my kids started a new school and I am all about free or reduced programs the school offers. So there was a delay getting another pair. She said “they should have put that in her chart.” Why would that matter if that was put in her record or not? but she wasn’t mean about it.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I believed I wasn’t covered by my insurance but they checked for me and let me know that I was. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns and provided me with the information I needed. Will definitely be using in future.

Every single staff member I encountered was very polite, professional, warm, welcoming. My service was thorough and easy. I was made to feel extremely comfortable. Time was taken to answer my questions and even address some jitters I was feeling about my eyes. I felt very taken care of and plan to continue using this group in the future!
