Extremely disappointing experience at this urgent care location.
I arrived at 8:35 PM and was told there would be a 3-hour wait. I understood and accepted the wait because I was concerned about my 3-month-old son’s worsening rash/skin issue that had spread to his hands and eye. His pediatrician has not been able to resolve the issue despite us following all recommendations over the course of 3 months. This is not my first child so I make sure to give it time before rushing to a Dr or er unless it is urgent and I feel I already waited longer than I should have for a infant if this age.
We were finally called back around 11 PM. After vitals were taken, I began explaining what had been going on and was immediately interrupted and told to “wait to tell the doctor”. No one introduced themselves or clarified their role.
We were then placed in a room and told a nurse would come in before the doctor. No nurse ever came. We waited about 30 minutes while staff were saying goodbye to each other, and it genuinely felt like we had been forgotten.( I never saw a nurse until she brought me the discharge papers)
When the doctor finally entered, she interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain the situation. At one point she mentioned possibly sending us to the ER, then never revisited that recommendation. The visit ended with a dermatology referral and instructions to continue what we were already doing — nothing new after a 3-hour wait leaving with no help to resolve the issue of redness, rash related issues, worsening of symptoms, swollen eye etc. for a 3MONTH OLD BABY
As a parent advocating for my infant, I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and rushed out the door so staff could leave for the night.
I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to other families. Parents deserve to feel heard and taken seriously when bringing in their children

The staff here is fantastic! Everyone is so kind and they explain what they are doing before they do it to ensure everyone is comfortable. We have been here for labs, x rays, office visits and urgent care. We've never had a bad experience. If you ever need to go to the urgent care, then I definitely recommend online check in, it cuts the wait time in half.
