  Dr. Kelsey was amazing! She made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease, even during the dilation process. Our appt was at 7:30am we arrived at 7:15am and was seen at 8:00am. The receptionist did not greet us, she didn’t acknowledge that we even walked in. I figured this was her form of customer service so I brushed it off . However, when another patient came in after us and she greeted them with a smile, and “welcome,” I was taken aback. Dr. Kelsey made up for the rude reception and long wait by being more than courteous and efficient. Thank you.

  Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering questions and making my 14 yr old feel comfortable during 2 lengthy MRI's. The outside appearance doesn't make it look like much (as its in a plaza with regular retail stores), but inside it is the same professional Cincinnati Children's.

  The staff is rude and don’t know how to accurately and professionally answer questions. The first time I was sent here they made me and my child uncomfortable, they gave us the wrong directions and were unclear of the protocol for Covid testing. The 2nd time I called to see if this was a clinic that I could pop in too and take my ill child and they could not answer me.
