  This location is significantly more expensive than Clifton. We were charged a $650 urgent care fee, compared to our last visit at Clifton where the fee was only $375.

  What is the sense of having urgent care if it's not available till 6:00 p.m. in the evening? You can't exactly schedule when children are sick so why even call this place urgent care?

  Terrible customer service. Very rude and not at all interested in answering any questions or even providing courteous updates. We waited for over 4 hours to be seen. No updates from the desk and when I did ask how things were progressing then were rude and annoyed I asked anything. They did not offer any explanation or idea at what was wrong. And when I realized I left my insurance card there it took 2 weeks to have time to wait on hold long enough (22 minutes to finally get a person) to tell me rudely that they have no idea where it is and it’s not here. I doubt they even looked. We went to Beacon. Had a wonderful experience. They were friendly courteous and helpful. Thank goodness she’s old enough (17) we can bypass them for good now.
