The Audiologist, Lisa Henry, provided a detailed and honest description of each of the many features of the Phonak line of hearing aids. She clearly described and compared the features of my old aids (Costco) to those of the new technology. Without any questions asked she offered a two week trial of the recommended hearing aids. I walked out that same day with a fully functioning pair to wear. I asked, "Do you want a credit card for a deposit?" They replied, "No, we trust you.". Nice people to work with. I trust them and recommend.

No. We do not charge customers for their initial visit. That includes a complimentary hearing exam and, when available, an in‑home trial of the latest hearing aid technology. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
For first‑time visitors please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), any current hearing aids you use, a list of problem sounds, and an interpreter if needed. We also encourage bringing a family member or friend to help identify hearing situations and support decision making.
Will my insurance plan cover the cost of hearing aids?
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Some plans cover all or part of the cost. Our hearing experts will help contact your insurance company at no charge to verify benefits and explain what is covered for your plan.
What does it mean when it says that 100% of hearing aids are covered?
Most plans have a maximum benefit amount; the percentage is applied to that maximum. Our team will check plan details and explain exactly how any coverage amount is calculated before any purchase.
Will I need my primary care physician to refer me?
It depends on your plan. Many commercial PPO plans don’t require referrals, but some policies—including Medicare—may require a referral for coverage of testing and treatment. We will guide you through obtaining any necessary referrals or documentation.
Does tinnitus mean you will go deaf?
No. Tinnitus itself does not cause hearing loss. Age and preexisting hearing loss can coincide with tinnitus, but tinnitus is not a cause of deafness.
Is my tinnitus temporary and will it go away?

Won't hearing aids make tinnitus louder?
