Lisa Henry, the audiologist is knowledgeable and professional. She gave me an extensive hearing test in order to develop a prescription to address my hearing loss. She then explained in detail the various options available with Phonak hearing aids. When my new aids arrived Lisa patiently tuned them to be consistent with my hearing needs. This has resulted in a significant improvement in my daily life. I highly recommend Lisa Henry and Connect Hearing.
