  I had a brachioplasty with Dr. Krummen and could not be happier with my experience and my results. From the start, she was kind, honest, and easy to talk to. I never felt judged, and she gave me realistic expectations, answered everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. She was also incredibly patient with me and my very long list of probably ridiculous questions that I brought to basically every follow-up appointment. She always took the time to answer them and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was how personal the care felt. A few days after surgery, I called the office with a question, and Dr. Krummen actually got on the phone with me herself. It was not a situation where I left a message and got a relayed answer later. That level of care is rare, and I really appreciated it. The pricing was also transparent, which made the whole process feel even more straightforward and comfortable. And the results are fantastic. Truly. I am so happy with how everything turned out. Dr. Krummen did an amazing job, and I would recommend her to anyone, not just for brachioplasty. Her staff was also wonderful every step of the way. Everyone was kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you are considering surgery and want a skilled surgeon who is honest, caring, patient, and gives truly personalized care, Dr. Krummen is wonderful.

  I recently had a facelift done by Dr. Krummen. From the initial consultation,through surgery and followups I could not be more impressed and happy with my results. Dr. Krummen and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and give amazing individual attention. The 1st meeting with Dr. Krummen she took her time to go over every detail of the surgery and sat with me to show before and after pictures. Lori the office manager also took her time to go over everything in detail for the surgery and answered all my questions. The surgery center that she uses is also absolutely amazing with top notch and caring nurses and anesthesiologist. I would highly recommend Dr. Krummen for your plastic surgery.
