  Brea was wonderful. She's very knowledgeable in dermatology and I appreciate her expertise!! She made me feel comfortable and I highly recommend her!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Eisen’s for over 20 years and require multiple skin checks each year due to my pale, freckled skin. Dr. Eisen is an excellent physician and truly deserves a five-star rating. Unfortunately, the issues with the billing department are the sole reason for this review. At my most recent visit in March 2026, I was shocked to learn about a change in their billing policy. I was told that in order to see Dr. Eisen, I had to either keep a credit card on file or provide a $100 deposit—otherwise, I would not be seen. Reluctantly, I provided my credit card after being assured by the receptionist that it would not be charged. That assurance turned out to be false. Within a few days, my credit card was charged without notice. When I called to question the charge, I was told that any remaining balance after insurance processing would automatically be charged to the card on file. I explained that I had not even received a bill, only to be told that bills are no longer sent and can only be accessed through their online portal. They also refused to provide me with a copy of my bill. To be clear, I am seeing Dr. Eisen for medical reasons—not cosmetic or aesthetic services. I do not go through frequent skin biopsies by choice; I do so to stay proactive about my health, and I have trusted Dr. Eisen with my care for many years. This aggressive and non-transparent billing practice is unacceptable.

  I have seen SEVERAL dermatologists in my lifetime. No one has ever actually listened to me and asked what I would like to do like Dr. Bria Barjuca has. She is the absolute best ! I am SOOOOO glad I found her. And on top of that.. her staff is just as amazing !

  As always, Jillian Cowan, was excellent. She has a great personality and truly cares about her patients well being. She goes above and beyond to care for her patients. Similarly, her assistants are trained to follow her path to help people come under their care. I have had several doctors and they do their job but Jillian is the only one follow up with you after you come home. She is just a great doctor most of all a great human being.

  Visit was with my longtime dermatologist, Dr. Paul Lucky. I visit once a year to have him use liquid nitrogen to freeze and destroy skin growths. I was exposed to a lot of sun rays growing up in the ‘60s. Dr. Lucky is a very good dermatologist in every way. DOCS had streamline their check in process, which has improved it and helps keep appointments on schedule.
