  Very nice clean facility, very nice staff all-around from the front desk to the lifeguards. I do wish that my daughter was allowed to go down that slide with a vest on and guardian to go with her since she isn’t tall enough though.

  The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming, but the open swim situation is lame. We came with our three little kids on a Saturday morning but were told that the fun play pool was reserved for swim lessons clear until noon. So we could only swim in the boring, cold lap swim pool, and the kids weren't even allowed to use the pool noodles they had sitting unused at the side of the pool. It was very disappointing. You'd think the exciting pool would be open on Saturday mornings when families are looking for fun things to do together. We'll be going to Powel Crosley YMCA in the future.
