  Did not take our situation serious. We were sent home with our child after she was threatening to kill me in my sleep.

  From now on my children will never go any anywhere else except Cincinnati children’s. They listen to all my concerns and handled my newborn with The care, as if he were their own child they answered every single question we had and listened to every concern we had.

  My 14-year-old son had an abscess in his butt crack and it was so extremely painful. Even though we waited 3 hours in the waiting room, they took back the patients that needed to be seen first since our visit was not an emergency, so no complaints. The staff was so extremely helpful even through the painful injections they walked him through everything. Dr Brad and his assistant, I could not thank them enough. Even though he had surgery that day he walked away smiling because of how wonderful everyone was.

  I don't even want to rate this a one star. This was the worst experience that we had. Went in for my 17yr old son's sezuire and ended up in a different dept completely. They didnt even give my son time to change back into his clothes before ushering us out.

  First off parking is terrible waited 15 min to find a spot 2nd my child had surgery 8 days ago and hasn't eaten or drank in 5 days and is super dehydrated and in pain and we have been here almost 4 hours waiting. With a Dr referral to come straight here. Its ridiculous
