  Worst experience. Front office does not nor communicate to lab technicians what tests needs to be done. Customer will have to communicate to technicians and doctors 🙄. So horrible in appointments and wait times, made us stop by 2 times but still could not get lab work done due to unavailable equipment and unskilled technicians. Should avoid this place completely, not sure how they keep running this place. They can not even pull blood properly after poking multiple times. They make you stop by multiple times poke multiple times and still can't draw properly. Drank 2 liters of water before I walked in and they say you are not hydrated, I could see technicians are poking in wrong place wonder if they are even certified. Ooh customer service don't even talk to them they are even worst and mean buddies.

  I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Harper's Point. The staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was well organized. A special thank you to Saru, who helped me a lot in organizing my documents and guided me through the entire process. She made everything very easy and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The doctors were also very kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, I felt confident and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate urgent care.

  Over charged me after my visit Did not notify me they were charging me. And are giving me a run around tryimg to weasel out of repayment. "Dr" barely speaks english, definitely cannot spell bandage. Or band-aid. And the plumbing sucks. You smell sewer the entire time inside
