I understand these are difficult times, but it would be nice to not have to return to the pharmacy 10 minutes after I just left to pick up another prescription because they apparently did not know it was being filled as I was picking up the other. Have called in to order refills and given a time for the following day when the prescription is due to be refilled only to discover that they did not have it set to refill 4 or five days later. The phone rings off the hook, the person on the other line is not always knowledgeable or even friendly. Taking my business elsewhere!
