I’ve been using Kroger for more than a decade in Columbus.( A number of locations ) I only began having problems when I came to Chillicothe. I am on medications regularly, but each visit seems to bring a new “policy” which conveniently covers their shortcomings. I’ve been forced to do without my medications because I trust what they say and by the end of my month prescription, they will, in fact, change the information. I’ve been forced to make multiple trips due to the same misinformation for the same prescription. I’ve been given what they “have” and not what was ordered without even being informed and find out only when I get home and open it. And much more. Terrible customer service. Lack of communication. Unconcerned about the health of their own customers. As a single mother working 50+ hours a week, I find it disheartening and disturbing to treat people so badly. I will not even buy a loaf of bread from my long-time grocery store from this day forward. Kroger, you should investigate your store!
