  Been going to Dr Elrich for some time. Everyone has always been professional and friendly. Recommend them to friends and family. Love the fact they are old fashioned and don't enter information into a computer.

  The glasses I got were worse than my old glasses. But she eventually fixed them once I complained the second time, but I am happy with them

  Very unfriendly and Receptionist Brandy has an attitude problem. Not just with patients but also with her own co workers. I was also a on three way call with her and my insurance and she started getting snappy with the insurance representative. They have also apparently accidentally signed up for the United Healthcare Community plan and don't even realize yet they are trying to blame it on the insurance like they just go around putting in random doctors. 😂😂 Doctor sighed when doing the what looks better one or two? If you had to look more than once. Just a horrible experience kinda glad they wanna refuse my insurance even though they are on the list because I would never go back and will never give them business. I will from now on tell everyone I know not to go here.

  Felt she did a good job. My glasses were good prescription wise and have not fallen apart like other ones I got. I was very sick in January and knew my prescription was not strong enough. She picked up on immediately without me telling her. Her office staff has always been friendly and helpful.

  Worst optometrist I've ever been too. Rude employees. Wrong prescription.
