Be rest assured, if there were employee issues there before, they are no longer there now. Service is great, attitudes are professional - very patient and helpful. My wife and I have been here several times. I choose this care over VA care (I am a Veteran).
- BHBrooke HMar 27, 20191.0Very unfriendly and Receptionist Brandy has an attitude problem. Not just with patients but also with her own co workers. I was also a on three way call with her and my insurance and she started getting snappy with the insurance representative. They have also apparently accidentally signed up for the United Healthcare Community plan and don't even realize yet they are trying to blame it on the insurance like they just go around putting in random doctors. 😂😂 Doctor sighed when doing the what looks better one or two? If you had to look more than once. Just a horrible experience kinda glad they wanna refuse my insurance even though they are on the list because I would never go back and will never give them business. I will from now on tell everyone I know not to go here.
