  From the moment you arrive you will know, “this is different than any other dental office!” Dr. B and his team are amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and the BIGGEST THING is they listen to you! They calm those of us that don’t handle dental procedures. They explain everything they are doing, and the work is beautiful. They back their work and my teeth are absolutely beautiful now!

  This will be an ongoing review. I had done my due diligence researching All-On-4 Implants for my Upper. I found a website for "All on implants Cleveland" which is partnered with The Dental Wellness Company in that they supply all the implants, materials, etc.. I'm in the initial consultation phase which I go to on Monday the 16th of March and looking forward to a positive experience after having browsed some of their reviews already. I also wanted to clarify for anyone who ran into the same thing I did, that is the two different company names. I'll add to this Review as my journey continues! So far so good, everyone I've talked to on the phone answered all my questions without hesitation. 3/23/26 Went in for my 3d scans of my mouth today. Appt set for surgery. Everyone super nice, great office cleanliness, can't say enough good things about them. Dr. B, Denise, and now Tatum. All wonderful.

  Everyone was so nice and made me and my two boys feel so comfortable. It was my 4 years old's first appointment and the doctor and hygienist were so gentle and sweet to him. I also had my two year old and they helped him feel included in the appointment, too, to the point where he wanted to sit in the big chair and get his teeth checked (next time 😁). Denise at the front desk was also on top of getting us in and the insurance chaos.

  First time visiting The Dental Wellness Company. I really like Dr. Bilal and his staff. The hygienist cleaned my teeth on the first visit. She was very gentle and always letting me know what she was doing or planning to do. Always making sure I was comfortable asking me if I need a blanket, or sunglasses. The xray pictures was fast and easy and pain free too! I noticed the tools. Very modern. I was most impressed by how Dr. Bilal and his staff were very mindful of insurance, and costs, letting me know what to expect on my bill. I had such a wonderful first visit! Only one thing I complain about is the roadside sign. It needs to be BIGGER from the street, and doctor knows this. So very KIND and understanding. No shaming. Also I was able to purchase a nice electric tooth brush, and they gave me a FULL dental kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, & lip balm! WOW!!! I recommend Dr.Bilal to anyone who needs a NEW experience! Very easy to fill out paperwork too! All sent to my phone. Just click on the link, and you are done! So fast & simple! :)
