StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Centerville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- SMScott MyreNov 6, 20252.0I love the Stretch Lab Associates and have enjoyed going. Scheduling, Membership Policy, and Cancellation forget it. Just pay per session. Trying to get in on a Sat is near impossible unless you book out 4 weeks ahead. I work and travel so constantly moving schedule is difficult and I lose credits. Also if you want to book on the 30th of the month but used your credits you can't book until the 1st even though you have a membership. So then the next week when you go to book everything is filled up. I give the staff a 5 but the scheduling and policies make it a 2.
