StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Centerville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Great guy, very knowledgeable. Most recently I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ember. Wow, another great knowledgeable flexologist helping me to learn more about my iliacus and performs muscles. Both providing great stretches and exercises to perform at home to continue the work they started with me.

Since I have started coming, old injuries that I long assumed to be with me for the rest of my life have found healing; new injuries have found speedier recovery, in part to the work and service provided. I have been fortunate to revive treatment from many of their employees and they are good at what they do. I've been receiving treatment recently from Alex and he is great. Zoe is wonderful. And Ken. Well..ken's ok. Hehe he is good but I don't want it going to his head.
