- JHJaron HansenNov 17, 20251.0We have consistently had issues with this location. They have messed up our insurance more than one occasion. They never have our prescriptions ready when we come to pick up, whether we call ahead or give extra time after the prescription arrives, we always have to "wait 20 minutes while we finish putting it together." This seems like a cheap tactic to get you to shop longer. In addition, we've had improperly filled medication, missing out on 2 weeks of a pediatric liquid medication. We're fed up with the issues and we've only been using them for 4 months.

They claim my Dr did not call which she did the day before and I told women on phone that I just spoke with another person from pharmacy that called me . She had a bad attitude. If u dont like ur job find another no excuse for being nasty with customers. Krogers needs to wake up. You get what you hire , people that u pay like crap then they take out on customers. Will go elsewhere.

- DADaniel ArnettApr 11, 20251.0Only because 0 wasn't an option. It took them 3 hours to put 3 bottles in a bag to consider this prescription to be "ready". No pill counting, nothing overly labor intensive. 3 bottles of the same medication in 1 bag....boom..."ready". Magically, within 10-ish minutes after I told them we weren't coming back to this pharmacy, the prescription was ready.
