  They lost a star because they called an ambulance on me instead of letting me drive myself to the hospital so now I have to pay an extra $800

  They really do a great job here, doing their best to get you feeling better. The 2 times I have been there, I felt like I was given the best possible care and treatment that I could possibly receive and that means everything when your feeling sick .

  I would leave 0 stars if I could… I went to this location after work for a UTI and the desk ladies are miserable and trash. I couldn’t find my ID in my bad and I said I’d be back with it and I literally found it in my car moments later and when I came back inside I could hear them all together grouped up talking bad about me because I couldn’t find it. It was the most petty and childish thing to be talking shit about honestly. And when they noticed they looked over and pretended nothing was said and tried to play nice in my face. I came in for a UTI test just so I could get some meds and they made the whole experience so uncomfortable.. because if they’re gonna talk shit about the fact that I couldn’t find my ID what else would they talk about??? I really hope that I never get so old and miserable in my life I talk shit about patients for such a childish reason.

  Everyone was very helpful. I had never been to an on demand center before. The best part was you could make an appointment. I have been to urgent cares before and it's frst come first served so if busy you wait along time to be seen.
