Damian was absolutely amazing! Listened to the issues I’ve been dealing with as far as pain . He explained how the insoles will help me and showed me how to properly put them in my shoes. I am looking forward to seeing improvement and no longer being in pain.
Thank for being friendly, thorough, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend the Good Feet Store.

I have plantar fasciitis and lately it has been getting worse. I’ve passed this store on numerous occasions so I decided to give them a try and see what they were all about.
I was greeted by Maddy P. and was immediately brought to her station to talk about what brought me in.
She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk with.
Maddy showed me the 3-step system.
After trying things on and seeing the difference immediately, I was throughly impressed.
She showed me a completely different world when it comes to comfortable walking.
I’m very excited to get started and looking forward to being pain free!
Thank you Maddy!

The customer service was top notched and they called me to check on the progress with the insoles I purchased. It has been a few weeks since I started wearing the insole, but by far the best money I have ever spent. My daily foot pain is gone along with less back & knee pain. I walk 12,000 steps per day on concrete and have Lyme disease and struggled for years with the foot, knee, & back pain associated with the disease. Don our sales rep. was awesome in the Canton, Ohio store.

I found the representative (Maddy, at the North Canton, OH store) to be most helpful and informative. She educated me on the number of arches (4) in our feet and demonstrated the benefits of their arch supports. I understand the importance of a good foundation and am looking forward to reaping all the positives these supports can supply--even at my age of 80+. Holistic approaches to health is my preference. After viewing The Good Feet Store ads on TV numerous times I decided it was time to find out what they have "in store". With neuropathy, swelling in feet and legs, and bunions plus other health issues I'm so ready to find relief. I have tried a number of other things that haven't been successful for me, so I invested in the "Bundle" and getting started. I already notice that I am standing up straighter and feeling more energy. I have a 24/7 job of care giving to my veteran husband (59 yrs in Sept); therefore, I need all the help I can get. Pay Maddy a visit--listen closely as she covers a lot of "ground" in explaining how the arches work.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
