I was very impressed with the quality of the hearing aids over what I had been wearing and they were both about the same cost. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was the quality of sound when playing music from my phone. I play a lot of music on my phone when I’m working in the yard or just hanging out. I normally wear Apple air pods for the quality that I wanted. So naturally when I picked up my new set of hearing aids from miracle ear the first thing, I did on the way home was play music from my iPhone. The new miracle ear, behind the ear, hearing aids has the same quality or even a little bit better than the Apple air pods. I was extremely impressed. Today I went in for my two-week checkup with my new hearing aids and told them how I was doing with them. There are a couple little glitches that I wanted them to be aware of, and they were already aware of them. One of them is when you have your phone in your right pocket sometimes the left hearing aid goes dead or fades in and out. The same is true when you have it in your left pocket and the right side breaks up sometimes. They said to be patient because the problem is not in the hearing aids but in the iPhone because other cell phones are not having that problem. She said they were working on it, and she would call me as soon as they found out what was wrong. I told her it was not a big deal or a deal breaker because if you put the phone in the middle of your back it works fine. Or if you’re stationed in one place and you can set it on the counter it works great. I just wanted to add that there are many perks from buying miracle ear hearing aids. They are constantly monitoring your hearing to see if it’s getting worse and adjusting in your existing hearing aids. All these perks are free of course. They have an app you can download to adjust in your hearing aids while you’re wearing them and you can even schedule an appointment on the app, It’s very smooth operation. The customer service at this location is fantastic Just like the hearing aids. I will be a customer for life!
