My only complaint is I wish the instructor took a little more time to position and set up my bike, I thought the seat height and everything felt fine but I feel it’s up to the instructor to ensure that my positioning and form are correct. Due to the incorrect position of my bike I seriously injured my knee. Like I mentioned I did like the energy and the class itself so I would give it another try.
