- TMTia Miller5 days ago1.0Was very awkward the instructor was very rude and snatching equipment out of my hand I felt like they were the mean girls click or just never had experience w an African American young lady wanting to take Pilates I felt very out of place the instructors were giving each other looks they that thought I didn’t catch because I told the other ladies I had a mini reformer board at home and just wanted to get a professional feel and stop using YouTube videos I don’t like the vibe at all it made me so uncomfortable I will not be going back ❤️

Saige always gives an amazing class, I have enjoyed every single one and always leave feeling better, more motivated and happy I took the class! I have been going to this location since their opening in August/September of 2025, it’s in a great location and just overall a fantastic place to be a member of! Grateful to be apart of their club!

I was doing physical therapy at the time & Pilates really helped to relieve the issues I was having to the point that my physical therapy was no longer needed after about a month. I love the instructors. I had never done Pilates prior & now it’s one of my favorite things to do. I really look forward to each session!

When I started, I had shoulder and low back pain. Thanks to Pilates and all the instructors whose knowledge and adjustment recommendations during class, I am now pain free. Thank you Jane, Taylor, Saige, Jennifer, Chloe and the entire staff for helping me succeed, feel better and be more confident. You are all AMAZING! See you around the studio!
