Everytime someone answers, they say it’s a 20 minute wait and immediately put you on hold. I have been trying to contact them since 3pm and it’s now almost 6pm.

Meds needed extra authorization and they don’t send it back to doctor for the authorization until you call about it. That’s hard to do when they can’t even answer the phone! Not enough employees then shut down.
