  Couple months ago, had an issue getting a medication I have to take daily. It took this place a week to get resolved, and I get an apology and my script. Recently took in a handwritten script for a medication because doctors office having an issue. I dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon, plenty of time for them to fill by Sunday (one would think). 5 days later, we go to pick it up and the tech has no record of it. Tells my girlfriend that I have no refills and I have to go to doctor. I dropped it off by hand on Tuesday...she puts me on hold and comes back a short time later. "Yes, it's here, not filled....but you can come back in a little while." Now, being inconvenienced to have to go back to store a 2nd time, I arrived to find the line 7 people deep. I don't have another hour to kill. I don't get back until Tuesday....which the medicine was to be taken Sunday. When expressing my displeasure with the manager, again an apology and nothing more. An apology without action does NOT make things ok. Then the manager basically tells me, we are sorry, we know you don't like it and we are doing nothing more. In fact, since you don't like this resolve...we don't want your business. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer?! Our monies pay your wages. Just a warning to others, you might want to drive that extra 5 miles elsewhere to get GOOD, RELIABLE service.

  Just the friendliest, most helpful people working in my Kroger pharmacy. They're so courteous and personable. Whether you've used them 10 years or you're a first-time customer. These are just good people.

  Not sure what the issue is with customer service in this area but its awful and the only good difference between here and Walmart is at least you get your product but the rude behavior and grumpy stares and lack of respect is unnecessary and needs lead better. I could offer training as I am a facilitator myself and know better and have a good day is customer service 101 for crying out loud

  They are rude and nasty! Awa and the manager on duty (10/12) are completely horrible to work with they are nasty and have no idea what they’re doing. They basically screamed at me because their systems didn’t work. Stay away from this pharmacy!!! I’ll be calling corporate!

  I hate this pharmacy with every fiber of my being. Zero sense of urgency. Never staffed appropriately and insane lines.
