  I wish I could give more than five stars! Up upon arrival, the staff were super friendly, caring, and compassionate! The Doc took care of us in a quick fashion, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

  They were very nice and caring . I have been there a few times and would go back again . Very satisfied With their service and care.

  Theres an older lady with short dark hair at the desk and she is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever come across. Always gives an attitude and makes assumptions about you. Asks why you are here and that you need to go see your pcp for things when she didnt even give me the chance to explain to her that my pcp wasn't available for an appointment which was why I went to urgent care. She used to work for mercy health and I can see why she may no longer be there or any facility for care. A person like that should not be there and if they have her out of the equation as an employee, that facility for care would be so much better. She is the reason why I don't feel welcome or at ease to go to this location. No one should have to feel intimidated or concerned about a receptionist with the worst attitude and unecessary remarks. Aside from the receptionist, the medical team is excellent there.

  Great place to go to for minor problems. I've been there a few times and was treated quickly. They also called a couple days later to check on me.

  Edited 3/8/24 to add: it is 5:24 PM on Friday, May 8, 2024 and this location is closed. Sign says open until 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. I called the number for this location which patched me through elsewhere. I was told they do not have a provider and they closed at 4:30. I work 7-5. I have no one to bring my children in during the day. I replied on this location to bring my daughter in because she is not feeling well. Why open a location if you are unprepared? The post underneath is from this past summer. When they are functioning, they are okay. But l from not being notified I had COVID to bring turned away two times due to not having imaging equipment despite website and signage indicating they treat sprains and now today, why bother? Don't mind this place, but they state they treat strains and sprains and they don't. Took my child in, waited a half hour, was called to the window to be told they don't have an x-ray to take her to Akron Children's. Don't push what you don't treat.
