It's advertised as Express care but only this location has hospital charges added on. I am absolutely livid. I have great insurance coverage and I am being charged $249.29 instead of my $35 copay.

- LMLisa MercerMay 10, 20231.0Edited 3/8/24 to add: it is 5:24 PM on Friday, May 8, 2024 and this location is closed. Sign says open until 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. I called the number for this location which patched me through elsewhere. I was told they do not have a provider and they closed at 4:30. I work 7-5. I have no one to bring my children in during the day. I replied on this location to bring my daughter in because she is not feeling well. Why open a location if you are unprepared? The post underneath is from this past summer. When they are functioning, they are okay. But l from not being notified I had COVID to bring turned away two times due to not having imaging equipment despite website and signage indicating they treat sprains and now today, why bother? Don't mind this place, but they state they treat strains and sprains and they don't. Took my child in, waited a half hour, was called to the window to be told they don't have an x-ray to take her to Akron Children's. Don't push what you don't treat.
