I wish I could give more than five stars! Up upon arrival, the staff were super friendly, caring, and compassionate! The Doc took care of us in a quick fashion, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

If you are expecting to pay an Express Care charge DO NOT go here. This Campbell location is billed as an Out Patient Hospital. It's advertised as Express care but only this location has hospital charges added on. I am absolutely livid. I have great insurance coverage and I am being charged $249.29 instead of my $35 copay.

DONT GO HERE. I had a really bad injury and was in a lot of pain. I was one of the first people in there and it took an hour and a half to get into the back. I waited for 30 minutes alone with nobody even considering I was in a room. It got to a point where the pain was so bad I started crying and then they finally came in after my family member mentioned it. Then they forgot to put the medicine through to the pharmacy. It was only until my family member went and personally complained to put the medicine through, that they did. This is not the first time this office has blown off me and my family.
