  I like shopping here. I have noticed the fruit and vegetables are good and fresh unlike another store I won't mention here. Plus, the pharmacy is good. I like to call it in and pick up when convenient.

  Terrible Pharmacy. The Pharmacists here refuse to fill your prescriptions and believe that they are smarter and more knowledgeable about your medical conditions or illnesses than your actual doctor is. Their prices are through the roof and their customer service skills are horrible. I waited over 4 hours in their chair to get a refill for a migraine medication and then was informed that it would be 187$. At my old pharmacy this prescription cost 8.97$! Needless to say, I will not be using Kroger Pharmacy here in Bucyrus ever again. They behaved as if my Physician ( who has been a Licensed Medical Practitioner for over 38 years) was ignorant and that they were far superior in their knowledge of my chronic illness. They don't even know what my chronic disease is.....never told them and they admitted that they didn't know. I've never seen such arrogance from a company like this before. My advice is to just avoid this place all together...Just a headache with nothing but stress and ridiculous pricing. I saw an older woman charged over 100$ for a medication that usually costs around 20$ anywhere else. In this day and age of Big Pharma killing people because of the costs of medications, Kroger Pharmacy is an accessory to those deaths.
