  We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Ohio hearing and audiology. Their products and service was highly recommended by close friends. We were not disappointed, Kim and her staff were wonderful and made sure my 87-year-old mother-in-law was 100% pleased with her new hearing aids. After tolerating an inferior product for at least 6 yrs… her hearing is now much better, even when talking on the phone.

  Very good experience. The process was very professional, thorough and without any pressure. Dr. Heather Vaught explained everything very clearly as to what the test results meant re: my current ability to hear. I am so glad that I took advantage of the free screening experience. It has given me an important baseline for future follow up appointments.

  Sherry explained the test process to my husband and I, which helped since this was the first time I had done a professional hearing test. She also answered my husband’s many question which I was thankful for. I would recommend Hughes to my friends and family.
