- LLlia6 days ago1.0This is a bit long, but if you were considering getting a membership, pls read this. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I had to cancel my membership about 2 months back, and I was unsure of the cancellation options so I called up and spoke to a worker and she had told me I can cancel on the website. I put the information in, got a big “canceled” screen telling me how long i had my benefits for now, and went on abt my day thinking i didn’t have to worry about it. Until the next month i get charged $27. So i called up explained the situation thinking it would be an easy fix. but no. I got told that they would take my name and number down to leave a note for the manager to contact me when she was in. never got a call. a few weeks later, i try to call again. the manager wasn’t there. again, they said they said they’ll have a manager call me. surprise surprise, never got a call. Up until abt last week, when the $50 fee was taken out of my canceled account. so then, i called again. still no manager in sight, although this is about the 5th or 4th call i had made and i was calling all different times n all different days (the manager, kaitlyn i believe must enjoy only working an hour a week). someone picked up, and had told me that they can’t do anything but the manager will be there monday at 9. i called yet again for the assistant manager Laureano to pick up. To tell me that he can only refund me the $50 because the $27 can’t be refunded BECAUSE ITS BEEN A MONTH. you know why it’s been so long? bc you and your management don’t know how to contact someone back, even with me calling back. so i’m out of $30 because you have a manager that’s either never there or js not answering phones? not to mention the fact that i canceled my account. No money should be taken out. i called again a SIXTH time today and finally spoke to kaitlyn for her to js tell me the same thing. the fact that im working full time nights to sit here n spend my days calling you guys for months on end just to find a resolution for your guys wrong doing and what should’ve been a simple fix the first 3 calls i made is absolutely ridiculous. fix the website or take the option down to cancel on the website, and get better management. i will be contacting corporate.

And if you don't have the black cards you are missing out. The perks with the black card are just fabulous. In fact if you ask me it would be a great Christmas gift to get to someone
