StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Brecksville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

My therapist, Arica, is very knowledgeable and gives me exercises I do at home. I wake up in the morning now with no pain in my neck! Thank you Stretch Lab. I highly recommend.

I definitely see the benefits of stretch lab (in combination with working out/chiro therapy). She’s very personable and requests my input regarding tense/problem areas before starting our sessions. I feel each week is personalized and she isn’t just going through the motions. She can attest to my progress from week to week. I’d recommend her to anyone! 4/5 stars simply because of the expensive membership plans. I would love to continue on a weekly basis but going to transition to stretching at home with drop in classes here and there!
