StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Brecksville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I enjoyed my stretch session, but wasn’t ready to lock into a membership (binding contract, I guess?), so they allowed me to schedule a second ‘introductory session’. This was all done verbally at the counter. They billed me that day for a service scheduled a week away. I called back a few days later to cancel (40 hours in advance of my scheduled appt) and request a refund. They told me I couldn’t get a refund for a service that wasn’t completed and that their ‘policy is to not refund introductory sessions’. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully it can be resolved. But I can’t recommend them due to their poor stewardship with my credit card. Update 2 months later: They did not reach out to me as they responded that they would.
