- PSPJsunshine SunshineMar 1, 20252.0The Kroger prescription notification system is the WORST. I have to keep re-enrolling. It doesn't notify me. And when there's a "system" error and it denies a prescription or a refill is denied for any reason (like Heart Medication) there should be a notification to the patient. Call me, text me, email me... pick one! I gave only 2 stars because of the prescription notification system and because although most of the staff is great, there is one woman that is incredibly arrogant and very condescending.

So inconvenient when you have little kids that you have to go inside and haul them all in the store and then wait in a long line inside. Kroger needs to step up or shut down the drive thru all together. At least we would know there's not a drive thru before we get there.
