I did the virtual online and they were absolutely rude I've never had a bad experience till now they made me feel like a drug addict because I didn't make eye contact with them. This place sucks I don't recommend at all.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a place like this. The receptionist is the most unfriendly unhelpful person. They don't want to schedule anything that takes time to do. They literally tried running me off, when I said I didn't care how long it took she begrudgingly took my payment then once I got back there they said they couldn't do it the computers were down, then they said they could do it, it would just take longer. I've never seen a business run off their customers.

Go there for simple bp care. I dont like going to the doctor. Both nurse practitioners are great. They get it i dont want to fill my body with a bunch of medication. Doctors are always pushing cholesterol meds and they affect me in strange ways. The NP's here are great. The receptionist are quick at answering questions and promply getting you in. I'm not the best patient and like I said they get that. They have to offer things like flu shot. I always decline. Always return. My new Doctors. Although I know I might have to have other proccedures done they don't offer but for now I'll keep on returning here.
