I did the virtual online and they were absolutely rude I've never had a bad experience till now they made me feel like a drug addict because I didn't make eye contact with them. This place sucks I don't recommend at all.

I had an awful experience with the extremely rude, uncompassionate, and totally unprofessional front desk female staff member who worked on 08/23/2024 at 3:30 p.m.. As well, the PA or NP whom I asked to see was just as rude and uncompassionate as the front desk staff had been. So much so, in fact, that I ended up walking away without being treated for a UTI, Covid complications, and what I later found out at the hospital I ultimately went to see, double, multifaceted pneumonia. I have vast experience with medical professionals. I have had over 16 major surgeries, 32 hospital stays, and uncountable doctor interactions between myself, my spouse, and my children. People who work in the medical field are special and need to have at least a smidgen of compassion and likeability. These two I encountered at The Little Clinic had neither. I would go so far as to say that the two who worked on 08/23/2024 at 3:30 p.m. in the BG, Ohio, Kroger Little Clinic should lose their jobs. They had no concern that I was so frustrated with their unprofessional nature that I walked out--fully knowing I was there with Covid complications and a UTI. I am rating them with the lowest star I can. I would give them "zero" stars if I could. DO BETTER!!!!!

Brought my daughter for an ear infection and she received some of the most compassionate care either one of us have ever received in a health care setting. Haley is an amazing practitioner. Would love to make her our primary care if we could. The young lady at the front was also very kind. Highly appreciated and recommend!

I took my 4 year old daughter here because she had symptoms of a UTI. We arrived about 15 min before they closed on a Saturday, and were seen right away by Kristen Hogrefe (there was no wait). She was very good and was actually able to identify another problem causing similar symptoms to a UTI that actually turned out to likely be the reason since the urine test came back negative for infection, and recommended a simple OTC remedy for this. She also did not rush us even though we were there until almost 5:30 (they closed at 5:00), and even colored with my 2 year old son that I had with me while I took my daughter to the bathroom to help her give a urine sample. Also, they seem to be cheaper than urgent care (have not received the bill yet, but their rate for Aetna per Aetna's website is $51.50 vs. the $92.00 provider-negotiated rate at ProMedica Urgent Care in Perrysburg per my bill from probably 6 months ago). They also said they will see children as long as they are at least 1 year old. It's also right next to the pharmacy, which would be convenient if you needed a prescription. We definitely will be back if one of our kids needs to see a doctor and we can't get into our pediatrician due to being later in the day or on a weekend (like this incident was).
