They have no quality assurance program obviously. Been there many times to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be completed by a certain date and time according to the "My Prescriptions" report, only to find they were not ready. Worst case is when the Dr. calls in a stat med and you go to pick it up and they tell you it will be a half hour before they can get it ready, only to wonder the store for a half hour and go back to pick it up and they say it's out of stock. WHAT? Wouldn't / shouldn't they know that when they tell you it will be a half hour? Terrible customer service!

I have been using the Kroger pharmacy for more than ten years and I am quite pleased with the service I receive. When my doctor sends in a new prescription, it's typically ready later that day. If not, it's always ready the next day. I order renewals using the Kroger app and that works well for me. I can request a specific day and time to pick it up, and they will notify me if it will be ready later than that. Most of my renewals are filled at a Columbus location and are delivered to Bowling Green around noon the following day. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I pick up the prescription. A pharmacist is ready to help me in the rare instance when I have questions about a prescription. I'm aware that a number of people are unhappy with the drive through service. I never use drive through, so I can't speak to that.

My close friend Jill works here. They're always swamped with scripts and customers (even more so because of COVID) so it's best to give them plenty of time and be patient. Order ahead in the app and pick it up the next day! It's really easy!
