Will never step foot in this place again! I have never been treated the way I was treated by that so called doctor. My family doctor sent an emergency referral to this place because of how bad my back is among other issues. Took almost 3 months to get in and I was treated like complete garbage. Insisted that I would have Xanax, weed, blow or whatever in my system. Offered him to take whatever test he wanted me to take to prove I not a druggie like he was insisting I was, but he just said he’s not wasting his time. But what really did it was when he saw that I was born with cerebral palsy he said well that’s either wrong or you don’t have it as bad as you think you do because you’re sitting right in front of me. What kind of doctor treats a patient that way? Unfortunately I have to leave one star to post this, but I really think people should know

I started going here after being referred to pain management by St. Elizabeth's neurosurgery. I have stenosis of my central canal and lateral nerves. I completed physical therapy and had 1 injection back in November with complete reduction in pain. Pain started coming back and I was scheduled in a few days and going in for another injection. I was fully informed that the injection may last between 3-6 months and it has been 4 until pain come back and their response was very timely. Thank you very much for your help and care. I would recommend them to anyone, I don't understand these negative reviews because I've had nothing but care and compassion from staff and doctor.

I didn't even get to make an appointment with this place before deciding not to go here before looking at the poor reviews I've had pain in my neck and had my personal physician order x-rays to find out my issue which was arthritis my Dr gave me several options and I chose this place because of its location because living in the Youngstown area I thought it would be convenient for me to travel to this facility I received a call and voicemail telling me about scheduling an appointment a week later I called to schedule an appointment and was immediately put off by a rude person asking which area I needed to schedule for plus I made the mistake of telling them my Dr referred me to this place and gave them my doctor's name to which they replied that they had never heard of him So I contacted my personal physician asking them the results of my x-rays to determine what part of this place I needed to schedule for after finding out I never got a chance to call them back to schedule for pain management when they called my personal physician who they never heard of before and harassed them saying that they have tried several times to contact me to schedule an appointment which was false and then my personal doctor's office contacted me telling me that southwoods tried several times to contact me to schedule an appointment I find it very funny how they contacted my doctor who they claim they have never heard of which made me feel embarrassed for my doctor. So I called them out of embarrassment and told my doctor the whole situation and that I never called them back to schedule the appointment and that they said they never heard of my doctor which was a huge red flag I then proceeded to call back southwards telling them about this embarrassing situation that they caused they claimed they didn't know anything about it and that my doctor had referred me to this facility which I did not argue with them about at that time I told them if and when I decide to get my neck looked it would not be with them and do not contact me or my personal physician anymore and I highly would not recommend this place to anyone in the future what a horrible interaction I had with this place and never even had the opportunity to schedule an appointment. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise
