  Made an appointment for 7:30am and doors were locked. Said on their website, door and scheduling portal they open at 7am

  Had an appointment from a future employer to get a urine drug test done here. Walk in and they say "Yeah we don't do that here." I ask "What? This is Quest. Isn't your main thing drug tests and blood work?" I proceed to show her my email with this exact address on it. She says "Yes but we don't do drug tests at this location. You have to go to the Austintown location." So I drive 20 minutes to the Austintown location, and when I tell them what happened they say "What? No idea why they would've told you that. All of our locations do drug testing." And they proceeded to get me in and out without issue. Boardman Quest location sucks.

  Real bad staff nurses don't want to do there job correctly came at 3 they close at 4 and the nurse literally told me bad luck we are not taking no more patients and there was literally no one.

  No parking, can not reach by phone, second trip I experienced a very rude tech. Everyone in waiting room had same complaints. Avoid if possible!

  Terrible terrible terrible, I WILL NEVER COME TO THE PLACE AGAIN!!! The older female who works here really HATES HER JOB!! Only conclusion I can come up with, thee RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Throwing stuff and slamming stuff like theres no tomorrow!!!!!!!!!
