  Dr Eucker was wonderful as were all the nurses and staff that took care of me.

  LIKE GOING TO ER EVERY TIME!!! $$ Owe them $700, will be paying $5 a month till paid off! First of all, I've never been here, the hospital! I bet it's really nice since they charge me a $119.07 every time I go see. Dr. Allen in Warren Ohio. Plus my $35 copay!! (SS, Humana!) So I changed and told Dr. Allen I'm going to go to Youngstown, orthopedic because you're charging me $154.07 a month, while we had a mishap and thought Ortho said Howland not Poland And I had to reschedule it for Friday. So out of meds for 3-4 days. SHOULD NOT BE WITHOUT MEDS, WILL HAVE EFFECTS!!! It was the wrong place. So I have it for Friday. This Friday coming up. You know, Dr. Allen, he has no heart would not subscribe me my pain meds for 4 days. Southwoods, they have no heart. They don't care about you at all. They just care about your money.!!!!! NO NEED TO RESPOND OR CALL ME BACK CANDY OR AMY YOU COLD HEARTED PEOPLE, IM DEALING WITH A RUNNY NOSE, THE "D" AND ALL THAT COMES WITH SUDDENLY STOPPING YOUR PAIN MEDS! THEY HAVEN'T GOT A COMPASSIONATE BONE IN THEIR BODY!! THEY TAKE THE DOCTORS OATH! PLEASE DON'T CALL OR RESPOND! 🤑🤮 So have fun sucking people's money out of them! Bad ratings anyways.

  They were all so so nice and accommodating to me and my very heightened anxiety even for my very simple procedure. I wish I remembered the name of who took care of me especially my pre -op nurse but I’m so grateful for her/them and not downplaying how I felt.

  They openly admit to heavily utilizing LLM's in their practice, and Dr. DeVito misdiagnosed a textbook abscess as a lipoma, and told me they'll schedule the removal for 6 weeks from that date. I had to have the hospital ER treat the abscess after it worsened to the point of endangering my health. Their use of LLM's in a medical practice will result in serious problems for their patients, and is criminally reckless. Do not use ANY Southwoods medical services if you value your safety and the integrity of your medical records.

  Hello, we are in this hospital at this moment, my husband had spine surgery. Dr. grisafi was our spine surgeon and he was on time, straight to the and great bed side manner! I’ll say absolutely wonderful from 5:30am to 8:30pm. Amazing staff- RN Taylor and RN Pat were perfect in every aspect. The FOOD was so awesome. The room and chairs were clean. The staff that you first meet to get registered and who take you back were wonderful too! Very informative and they know the drill. I just want to say thank you to everyone who was involved with my husband’s surgery and you guys rock!
