Don’t remember her name… but I’m here leaving a review a few months later like a Karen because I still think about it. I came in for a breathing treatment because my inhaler wasn’t helping anymore, I could barely talk. She was just rude, treated me like I should’ve gone somewhere else. I was confused, I genuinely didn’t know if she was going to treat me or if I was going to have to go somewhere else. It was an uncomfortable experience, I’m still confused by it

Sabrina, P.A. was professional, caring, compassionate, kind and efficient. These qualities are hard to find in one professional, but so appreciated. I left Southwoods and went directly to Rite Aid, approximately a 5 minute drive and my prescriptions were ready......... that's efficient!!!!! Great job everyone.
