- JHJoe HoukFeb 27, 20231.0My pharmacy was bought out by kroger. Called their number and was auto transferred to Blanchester. Called 4 times to locate my prescriptions for refills. The phone rang endlessly, even when transferred by customer service. What a joke.

They have claimed on several occasions to never get a prescription from my doctor when doctor has called it in several times. If you value your health I would not go here anymore. Barrs in town is so so so much better. Don't waste your time at this horrendous place.
