They decreased their hours to pretty much be non-functional for the working people. I would use Rite Aid they are very professional and well staffed. This place doesn't function as a pharmacy any more and should be closed.

Lines are unreasonably long, and phone calls are never answered. Telephone system no longer works. We are constantly trying to call for overdue prescriptions, but nobody answers the phone. Automatic refills are no longer automatic. Hours continue to be cut back. I have never seen customer service of such vital importance deteriorate so badly so fast. Absolutely terrible!
