  Some of the staff are extremely rude and if you need your prescription the same day forget about it even important meds like blood pressure

  Horrible experiences!!!!!!! Very rude and not willing to help even though I was going through severe withdrawals. Every time I go there they tell me they don't have my medication in stock at all untill tomorrow. ("Comming in on the truck ") When you go back the next day same result. It happens every time. I even heard them Tell another customer the excat same thing word for word. After my wife broke it down to the lady they finally filled the prescription because they lied and actually had it in stock. Pay in mind that this prescription was called in several days before my visit to make sure they had time to fill it. It's so frustrating to be extremely sick and all you need is help and somebody is too lazy to do their job like they are paid to do. You should not have anything to do with health care industry if you don't care about your job at all. Also, if you ask a question, they don't like they get rude with you. Truly disheartening. This was not a one time thing several visits and the same experience. Don't waste your time and energy they don't care if it means they have to lift a finger. I will not ever use this stores pharmacy im done. Krogers pharmacy in general has gave me nothing but problems.

  Every time I have to get my prescriptions filled I am greeted with attitude and rudeness. I’m so sick of the way these women in this pharmacy treat myself and a lot of others because I’m finding out I’m not the only one. I am always nice, courteous and patient. I’m tired of being treated so badly. I will be switching pharmacies after today. I’m done and the pharmacy board should know this is going on! You all aren’t better than anyone so stop acting like you are! RUDE! Get over yourselves! No everyone is an addict but even if they are addicts you treating them badly or treating someone like they are an addict is highly unprofessional and you should reconsider your career choice 🤷‍♀️
