  Michael was an absolute help from the time I walked in He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met finally the right pair of glasses and ones that I loved! I would highly recommend going to see him for whatever needs you might need whether it’s adjustments or getting a new prescription

  Wonderful, efficient experience! Lindsey was very helpful and made the shopping experience quick and easy. She found my husband frames he liked and ensured proper fit and sent us on our way in less than 30 minutes.

  I couldn’t have had a better experience shopping at Warby Parker. It can be overwhelming walking in with such an abundance of options, especially if you’re indecisive like I am, but my experience far exceeded any expectations that I had. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a staff member and from there they do everything in their power to make sure that you walk out satisfied with your purchase. That said, even if you aren’t completely satisfied or have reservations later on, they have an exceptional exchange policy in place that allows flexibility if you have any regrets about your purchase. From collecting different glasses spread all throughout the store to try on, to finding styles, shapes, colors etc that they think will compliment your face, to allowing you as much time as you need to try on all of the different options while they offer their advice, everyone at Warby Parker goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase. They manage to turn what could be a stressful and overwhelming experience into an stress-free, enjoyable environment. I can’t stress enough how friendly, considerate, thoughtful and helpful everyone at this location is! You don’t feel rushed at all, they just want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything to make sure your trip is worthwhile. Christopher and Lindsey helped me find 2 pairs of glasses that I LOVED despite me having no idea what I wanted when I walked in! There’s no way that I would have been able to make a decision without them helping me along. They were both so patient and allowed me to try on as many pairs as I wanted all while keeping a positive energy and attitude. They were both so incredibly helpful, I can’t praise them enough! My mom even tagged along with me and set up a first time appointment for herself as we were leaving because she was so impressed by the staff, service, selection and overall experience. I cannot recommend Warby Parker at the Greene enough! Definitely make your appointment here if you can.

  I’ve been buying Warby Parker since 2015. They are the best and have never increased their prices. Zach at The Greene location was absolutely incredible. He was so nice and helpful and has a sense of humor which I appreciate!
