  They do their jobs but appointments are very slow. Anytime I make an appointment I end up waiting 20-30 minutes past my appointment time even though they ask you to arrive 5 minutes early.

  48 year old man shouldn’t have to beg for an antibiotic when half the people in my household has strep throat and I’m having the same symptoms. All strep test should be sent out for a culture but mine wasn’t. My daughter was and it came back positive days later (Fairborn location). Thankfully she is feeling better but now I have to make an appointment with a real doctor so I can be taken care of.

  I have been here about five times and have always been pleased with my experience. I have been seen for minor issues...strep test, ear ache, bug bite... I had no trouble getting in, as they made the appointment by phone. Nice people, very convenient, and I am happy with this service.

  Got checked in only to have ma come and tell me it's 1310 so we won't be able to see until after our lunch which starts at 1330. We are currently seeing someone else, so you can wait or come back or cancel. Maybe should have put up a sign if you check in after one you won't be seen.
