- DZdonna zubilDec 13, 20251.0**THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE COMPANY, NOT THE STORE.** On Nov. 1st I ordered a pair of glasses with expected delivery 7-14 days. On Nov 19th, I hadn’t received my glasses, and I contacted Warby Parker’s customer service, through their chat box. They told me I would be receiving my glasses on Nov 21st. On Nov. 26th, I still hadn’t received my glasses, and I called their customer service number to request a refund. The customer service rep. REFUSED to give me a refund (although Warby Parker states on their website they will) and promised me her manager would be contacting me the very same day. I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HER MANAGER. I then tried to call the store in Beavercreek…THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESN’T GO TO THE STORE! It goes to their customer service line, which wouldn’t help me before. I had to drive 30 minutes, one way, to talk to the store manager and get my refund. The store manager and his employees are great; however, Warby Parker’s customer service is by far the worst I’ve experienced. I’m just thankful I purchased through the store, or I probably wouldn’t have gotten my money back.
