- RSRebecca SAug 21, 20255.0Always easy to make appointments online. We have enjoyed the medical staff. They have been friendly and helpful and able to answer our questions. Easy parking. There is usually a wait even when you have an appointment though.
- EMErin MillerJul 14, 20251.0This has always been my go to location for sick appointments/physicals etc. my daughter needed a physical for cheerleading and I accidentally brought the wrong form. I called and was told to stop in on a specific day so the same doctor could sign the correct form. When I got there, the receptionist said it would be up to the doctor if it was charged or not- it took literally 30 seconds and they charged me a $20 “transcribe fee” after already paying for the appointment because they don’t go through insurance for physicals. I was told if I brought the right form, I wouldn’t have been charged the fee which I understand but you would think a simple mistake would be treated as such. Horrible customer service. INSANE. So Destiny Ellington CNP- do better.
