I had a colonoscopy done yesterday. I had a fantastic experience. My nurse's name was Emily. She was the best nurse I have ever had. She was absolutely amazing and so nice. I truly hope she gets to see these reviews. Thank you so much Emily for everything❤️

I give the nurses 5 stars but Doctor Marni Teramana is by far the worst doctor interaction I’ve ever had she’s a joke and uses the fact that she has a Medical license against you if she don’t like your opinion!

I have had a few encounters with this hospital, and I have a few things to share. Environment (5/5): This hospital has a very beautiful modern look. It is very clean and has strong physical security. Nurses (3/5): I would say that most of the nursing staff is quite nice and does a great job. However, some nurses seem to be more negative and not so great at their jobs. I feel it is the employers responsibility to ensure the quality of their staff. They should regularly conduct unbiased reviews to better support their staff and offer stronger benefits and resources for their employees. I had this intriguing interaction with a nurse here Nurse: What is your current weight? My Friend: 2XX (I forget the exact weight) Nurse: Two WHAT?! Yeah so the nurse reacted quite adversely to my friend sharing their weight. Maybe it was supposed to be seen as a compliment, but honestly it doesn’t matter how she meant it. That was extremely weird to do when you are in a professional setting being paid to do your job. Doctors (1/5): I’m not saying all of the doctors here are bad, I’ve only dealt with three different ones. I will say that, those three doctors, in my opinion, were rather bad. My friend was having chest pain, so we went to the emergency room to be safe. Mind you, this chest pain had been going on for two hours and it was significantly disrupting everything. It was difficult to hold a conversation from her pain. She checks in, and almost immediately she gets an EKG. So that is very good that they know how to do an extremely basic but critical diagnostic step. After intake, she is given a room. They had already asked her twice if she was pregnant, both times she said no and that it was not possible. During intake, they had her urinate into a cup. They did not tell her they were going to do a pregnancy test, but that is what the urine was used for. They finally see that she is not pregnant so they give her an X-Ray. They also ran some blood tests. They shared that everything was good, but that radiology said they saw some pleural effusion, but the doctor said that he did not think that there was any but he said he is just required to say that radiology thought that. Then he just gave her lidocaine patches for the pain. Later that night, the pain is so bad that she goes to a hospital again. She went to a different hospital. This one did the EKG (all good) and an X-Ray. They said the X-Ray showed she had an enlarged heart, and they were surprised when she shared they did not tell her that. They also said there was the pleural effusion. I find it to be rather negligent the way the doctors acted. Administration (0/5): I am genuinely surprised this hospital is able to continue operating and that patients choose to return. I am very glad if others are having better experiences than what I had. Let me share a little story. April 9th, 2025- Interlock group gains access to Kettering Health’s network. Either the cybersecurity is a joke or these hackers are professionals. 41 days go by… “On or about…” May 20th, 2025- Kettering became “aware of suspicious activity…” on its network. So I am guessing the cybersecurity is a joke then. FOURTY ONE DAYS. FOURTY ONE DAYS. FOURTY ONE DAYS. This is ridiculous! I promise you that your local coffee shop would notice a data breach faster than this. What information do they protect? Coffee recipes? Now think about what data a hospital has. Hmmmm. A lot of data. With data comes responsibility. The more data you hold, the more responsibility you have to protect it. Not noticing until FOURTY ONE DAYS have passed is incomprehensible. It is truly embarrassing. I am running out of character space but they send me a data breach notice in the mail dated January 30th, 2026. That is 296 days. Is that reasonable to you? TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY SIX DAYS. Data “potentially” breached: Names, SSNs, Health Data, Financial Data, Identity Data, and who knows what else. You know what they’re doing for me? Free identity monitoring. HOW WILL THAT REMOVE MY INFORMATION FROM THE DARK WEB BLACK MARKET?!???!??!!?!
